In these Terms and Conditions, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below, unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

ph655 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts where eligibility cannot be satisfactorily established. Winnings obtained by ineligible players, including underage players, are subject to forfeiture.

4.1 Registration Requirements

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on ph655. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different details, is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances. This rule is enforced in compliance with PAGCOR's one-account-per-player requirement.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. 4.2 KYC Verification

You will be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's licence, or PhilSys ID), proof of address, and documentation linking your payment method to your verified identity.

ph655 may also request KYC documentation at any point where there is a compliance obligation or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, regardless of whether a withdrawal has been requested.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph655 Login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. 4.4 Account Suspension and Termination

ph655 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where there is a breach of these Terms, a regulatory obligation to do so, or where account activity is inconsistent with legitimate use. In the event of termination for breach, any remaining balance attributable to bonus funds or winnings from gameplay during the breach period may be forfeited.

5.1 Deposits

ph655 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ₱50.00. Deposits are credited to your account balance upon successful confirmation by the relevant payment provider. ph655 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

5.3 Currency

All transactions on ph655 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Where transactions originate from a different currency, conversion is applied at the prevailing rate at the time of transaction, which may include a conversion margin. ph655 is not responsible for currency exchange losses.

ph655 may offer various promotional incentives including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. ph655 reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its discretion;
• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the specific promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is thirty times (30x) the bonus amount;

7.1 Random Number Generation

All non-live ph655 casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and certified by a recognised third-party auditing body. 7.2 Live Dealer Games

7.3 Malfunctions

7.4 Disputed Results

In the event of a dispute between what you experienced on your device and the server record, the server record shall be determinative. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph655 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Creating more than one account, or using an account on behalf of another person;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other time;
• Using stolen, fraudulently obtained, or unauthorised payment credentials;

9.1 Age Restriction

ph655 is strictly available to players aged 21 and above. ph655 uses age verification procedures during registration and KYC to enforce this restriction. Accounts found to belong to players under the age of 21 will be immediately terminated and all balances — including both real money and bonus funds — will be forfeited.

9.2 Player-Controlled Limits

Registered players may set the following limits directly within their ph655 account settings at any time. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect:

ph655 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ph655 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works from any ph655 content;
• Distribute, publish, or transmit ph655 content to third parties without express written authorisation;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code of any ph655 software;
• Use ph655 trademarks or branding in any context not expressly authorised in writing by ph655.

Any unauthorised use of ph655 intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may constitute a violation of applicable Philippine intellectual property legislation, including Republic Act No. 8293 (Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines).

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ph655, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, game providers, and payment processors shall not be liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, business opportunity, or goodwill, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise;
• Any loss or damage arising from technical malfunctions, server downtime, internet connectivity failures, or third-party service disruptions beyond ph655's reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses attributable to account security breaches resulting from your failure to protect your login credentials;
• Any loss of potential winnings resulting from a game round voided due to technical malfunction, as described in Section 7.3.

In all circumstances, ph655's aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of connected claims shall not exceed the total real-money funds deposited by you to your ph655 account in the 30 calendar days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as excluding or limiting any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any statutory consumer protection rights to which you may be entitled.

ph655 collects, stores, processes, and uses your personal data in accordance with the ph655 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an account and using the ph655 Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ph655 processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173, the Data Privacy Act of 2012, and its implementing rules and regulations. ph655 is registered with the National Privacy Commission (NPC) as required under Philippine data protection law.

Your personal data is used for account administration, identity verification, transaction processing, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, responsible gaming monitoring, and customer support. ph655 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors, regulatory bodies, and law enforcement only to the extent required by law or necessary to provide the Services.

ph655 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments — meaning changes that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player — will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the ph655 platform, no fewer than seven (7) calendar days prior to the effective date of the amended terms, unless a shorter notice period is required for compliance with applicable law or regulatory direction.

Non-material amendments — including corrections to typographical errors, clarifications of existing provisions, or updates to reflect minor operational changes — may be made at any time without prior notice.

Continued use of the ph655 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, your sole remedy is to close your account and withdraw any available balance prior to the effective date of the amendment.

The version number and effective date at the top of this document identify the current version of these Terms. All previous versions are superseded by the current version upon its effective date.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting ph655 customer support at [email protected] with a written description of the dispute, the relief sought, and the factual basis for the claim. ph655 will use its reasonable best efforts to respond to and resolve the dispute within 30 calendar days of receiving such notification.

14.2 Formal Disputes

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally within 30 days shall be submitted to and resolved by binding arbitration administered in Metro Manila, Philippines, under rules agreed upon by the parties or, failing agreement, under the arbitration rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the award shall be final and binding on both parties.

14.3 Regulatory Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of ph655's internal dispute resolution process and believe ph655 has failed to comply with its regulatory obligations, you have the right to submit a complaint to PAGCOR through their official regulatory channels. ph655 is subject to PAGCOR's oversight and will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation or inquiry.

14.4 Jurisdiction

Subject to Section 14.2, the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms not submitted to arbitration, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for such purposes.
